The Android preview stores virtual sessions, positions, audit events, historical candles, and model parameters in the app's local storage. It does not require an account, a deposit, or personal identity information. App backup is disabled.
Network connections
When you connect the market feed or refresh history, the app contacts Swissquote and Yahoo Finance endpoints over HTTPS. These services receive your IP address and requested currency symbols, and apply their own policies. The app does not send your virtual balance or trade history to them. Model inference runs locally.
App updates
By default, opening the app checks signed update metadata on orialcom-fx.com over HTTPS, at most once per day. Checks can be disabled. APK downloads are manual unless you enable automatic downloads on Wi-Fi. The server receives ordinary request metadata such as IP address. Downloads are verified locally and Android installation always requires your confirmation. The app requests permission to open its installer only when you choose to install an update.
This website
This site has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account registration, or nonessential cookies. Your hosting provider may retain normal web-server access logs, including IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps. Downloading the APK is a standard HTTPS request.
Appearance and alerts
The app saves appearance, sound, haptic and notification preferences locally. Trade and account notifications are generated on this device while monitoring runs; no server push registration or cloud account is used. Android notification settings control delivery. This website saves only your chosen theme in local storage. If you connect the live preview, a fixed read-only endpoint on this server retrieves and briefly caches public indicative quotes; it does not accept orders or transmit your virtual account.
Scanner reports
The most recent scanner report is stored privately on your device. It contains market quotes, model identifiers and research results. No report is uploaded automatically. Choosing Save / Share opens Android’s share sheet so you can choose a destination.
Optional MT4 demo monitoring
Creating a demo pairing contacts orialcom-fx.com. The paired terminal sends its company, server, account identifier, EUR/USD quote and symbol settings. The server retains an account fingerprint and masked account suffix, not the full account number. No broker passwords, balances or trade history are collected. Pairing tokens are stored encrypted with Android Keystore on the phone; the terminal stores its limited telemetry token in its own data folder. Connections expire after 24 hours, can be revoked in the app, and expired records are removed during later pairing housekeeping. The app polls while its connection dialog is open; the terminal sends telemetry while its monitor is running. Daily abuse-prevention counters use a hash of the requesting IP address. Broker setup links open the broker’s website with its own privacy policy.
Deleting local data
Android Settings → Apps → ORIALCOM FX → Storage → Clear storage removes local sessions and history. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data. This cannot be recovered from an ORIALCOM cloud account because none is provided.
Permissions
Internet access retrieves market data. Foreground-service and notification permissions support user-started monitoring. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, camera, or payment access.
Release scope
This policy describes version 1.4.1-preview2. Broader public distribution requires an identified operating entity and a published support/privacy contact. These are not supplied in this evaluation release.
