The Android release candidate stores virtual sessions, positions, audit events, historical candles, and model parameters in the app's local storage. It does not require an account, a deposit, or personal identity information. App backup is disabled.

Network connections

When you connect the market feed or refresh history, the app contacts Swissquote and Yahoo Finance endpoints over HTTPS. These services receive your IP address and requested currency symbols, and apply their own policies. The app does not send your virtual balance or trade history to them. Model inference runs locally.

This website

This site has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account registration, or nonessential cookies. Your hosting provider may retain normal web-server access logs, including IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps. Downloading the APK is a standard HTTPS request.

Appearance and alerts

The app saves appearance, sound, haptic and notification preferences locally. Trade and account notifications are generated on this device while monitoring runs; no server push registration or cloud account is used. Android notification settings control delivery. This website saves only your chosen theme in local storage. If you connect the live preview, a fixed read-only endpoint on this server retrieves and briefly caches public indicative quotes; it does not accept orders or transmit your virtual account.

Deleting local data

Android Settings → Apps → ORIALCOM FX → Storage → Clear storage removes local sessions and history. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data. This cannot be recovered from an ORIALCOM cloud account because none is provided.

Permissions

Internet access retrieves market data. Foreground-service and notification permissions support user-started monitoring. The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, camera, or payment access.

Release scope

This policy describes version 1.1.0-rc2. Broader public distribution requires an identified operating entity and a published support/privacy contact. These are not supplied in this evaluation release.
